Establish the right oversight of the compliance landscape
Effective oversight of compliance requires the establishment of a review process to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and contractual requirements. This process includes identifying compliance requirements, optimising and evaluating the response, obtaining assurance that the requirements have been complied with and, finally, integrating IT’s compliance reporting with the rest of the business.
Aggrit has developed a method and a supporting toolbox in the i-SUITE (Compliance Manager) to ensure that the company gets this oversight. Aggrit has mapped many known regulatory frameworks from several sectors against the CoBit 4.2 framework and are thereby able to manage the overall compliance.

IT documentation is an often overlooked but essential part of the corporate IT security environment. The documentation is a key part of enterprise risk management and emergency plans. Many companies find it is nevertheless difficult to produce and maintain this documentation.
Aggrit offers corporate IT departments support for the preparation of this documentation. Aggrit conducts the required workshops and writes subsequent documentation on 3 levels to use for both IT management and specialists.

IT Service Catalogue
Aggrit produces enterprise IT Service Catalogue
Effective communication between IT management and the Board requires an understanding of enterprise IT services and their respective service levels. As a starting point of any IT department's work within service, it should understand the services provided and their respective service levels.
Aggrit offers to develop the firm's IT service catalog and has developed a model based on ITIL v. 3 in this area. Aggrit may subsequently deliver the service catalog in the "i-SUITE Service Catalog."

A flexible and operationel risk assessment from Aggrit
Risk management is an ongoing process that ensures that the company identify, analyze, evaluate, treat, monitor and communicate risks in the organization. The purpose of risk management is to create the best conditions for the organization's objectives.
Aggrit has developed a model based on the DS484 recommendations to ensure an effective risk assessment. Aggrit divides the project into a technical and business-oriented track, which would subsequently meet in the final report. With a risk assessment from Aggrit you get a priority list of activities eligible for the IT strategy.

At present, UAB „AGGRIT“ is implementing a project "Enterprise business process optimization: e-business solutions development and implementation“, which is partly financed by European Union structural funds using mean „E-verslas LT“, which is a part of the 2nd priority action of 2007-2013 Economic Growth Program called "Business productivity increase and improvement of business environment“.
About the project
The project operator UAB „AGGRIT“ is implementing business operation process optimization project, which will increase UAB „AGGRIT“ productivity and improve service quality through information technology. Result of the project will allow the operator to optimize company's 10 internal and external business processes, integrating them into one system. The support from the European Union structural funds for this project is 206 970 LTL. Project duration – 19 months.
